For councils
Digital services for carers, families and adult social care
We design digital services that help councils give residents good information, advice and support online, without adding to the pressure on front-line teams, and with the evidence your commissioners, DPO and IT security team will ask for.
Where we help councils
Each of these is a duty or priority councils already hold. We design the digital part of meeting it, with the people who use it.
Unpaid carers
A digital front door that helps people recognise they are carers, find information and advice, complete a carer’s self-assessment or pre-assessment, and get a warm referral to local support. All-age, including young carers and parent carers.
SEND and Family Hubs
Family-facing tools that sit alongside your Local Offer: support while families wait for assessments, one shared picture between home and school, and plain-English routes to help. Informed by building our own family app, Striova.
Adult social care front door
Online information, advice and self-assessment that residents can actually complete, with structured information passed to your team so people tell their story once.
Public health and prevention
Services that help residents act early, built on the evidence base and measured on outcomes, not downloads.
What you can expect from us
- The council owns the brand, the content and the data. You are the data controller; we act as your processor under a data processing agreement.
- Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, tested with residents who are less confident online, and usable on any phone without an app download.
- Usage, outcomes and equality reporting your commissioners and members can use, exportable for your own analysis.
- UK-hosted, with security controls, a DPIA and, where relevant, clinical safety evidence prepared with you.
- No automated decisions about people. Eligibility and care decisions stay with your staff.
- A documented exit: full data export in open formats, so you are never locked in at re-procurement.

How to buy from us
Routes that work today
We are a small specialist supplier, so we make buying us simple and proportionate.
A small, fixed-price engagement
Discovery, a medical device and DTAC triage, or a review of a product you already use. Each is scoped and priced in writing, and sized so it can be bought quickly under your contract procedure rules for lower-value work.
A competitive procurement
For larger contracts we respond to opportunities published on Find a Tender. We are glad to take part in preliminary market engagement, and say so in writing if that would create a conflict of interest.
Through your framework supplier
If you prefer to buy through a framework, we can work as a specialist subcontractor to a supplier already on it, so you keep your usual route to market.
Frameworks we are working towards
We are not yet listed on G-Cloud. G-Cloud 15 next opens to new suppliers around early 2028, and we intend to apply then. Until then, routes 1 to 3 are open to you.
Common questions
Is a carers or family app a medical device?
It depends on its intended purpose and what it does. Apps that give information, advice and signposting, and help people complete a self-assessment that a professional then reviews, are generally not medical devices. Apps that diagnose, predict or recommend treatment for an individual can be. We assess this at the start of every engagement and write down the intended purpose, so the product stays on the right side of the line as it grows.
Who owns the data and the content?
The council. You are the data controller and we act as your processor under a data processing agreement. The content and branding are yours, and every build includes full data export in open formats and a documented exit plan.
Can it connect to our case management system?
Yes, in a way agreed with you. The simplest route is a structured export or secure referral your team imports. Deeper integration depends on the interfaces your case management supplier offers. We scope and price it up front, and any fees charged by your own supplier are stated separately.
Do you use AI?
Only where it clearly helps and can be explained, and never to make decisions about a person. Eligibility and care decisions stay with your staff. Anything automated is described in the DPIA and visible to you.
You are a small company. Is that a risk?
We are a small specialist company, which keeps costs proportionate and means you work directly with the person doing the work. We manage the risk openly: our assurance position, including what we do not hold yet, is published on our trust page, and every build is designed with a documented exit so you are never dependent on us.
